whitespace-normal\"><strong>APPLICABILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to clients and personal data subjects of Brunna Scalamandr\u00e9 Advogados.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>APPLICABLE LAW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">This Privacy Policy is governed by current Brazilian law, particularly identification of a person through reasonable and available technical means at the time of processing, and may include gender, age, generalized geolocation, and statistical data;<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Database:<\/strong> a structured set of personal data established in one or more locations, in electronic or physical form;<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Personal Data Processing:<\/strong> any operation performed with personal data, including collection, production, receipt, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination, or extraction;<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Controller:<\/strong> a natural or legal person, under public or private law, responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Operator:<\/strong> a natural or legal person, under public or private law, that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller;<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Data Protection Officer (DPO):<\/strong> a person designated by the Controller and Operator to act as a communication channel between the Controller, Data Subjects, and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD);<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>User:<\/strong> persons who access or interact with activities offered through the various web portals owned by Brunna Scalamandr\u00e9 Advogados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"border-border-200 border-t-0.5 my-3 mx-1.5\" \/>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body records (hereinafter &#8220;Records&#8221;) or Databases for which Brunna Scalamandr\u00e9 Advogados will act as Controller.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Brunna Scalamandr\u00e9 Advogados clarifies that any Personal Data collected will only be processed where there is a regular purpose and objective, with the Data Subject&#8217;s consent or under legal authorization, including when necessary to serve the firm&#8217;s legitimate interests, provided these do not conflict with the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Data Subject requiring the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Data that undergoes anonymization (&#8220;Anonymized Data&#8221;) during processing will not be considered Personal Data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, as it loses the possibility of direct or indirect association with an individual, pursuant to applicable
